Rich and nutty, lovely soft tannin, baked apple. Notes of vanilla, caramel, whisky and oak. Creamy bubbles.

Golden Russet, Michelin, Tremlett’s Bitter, Porter's Perfection

Orchards:

Flynndabeau, Windy Ridge Farms, Maxwell Acres, Appletop, Woodfolk Orchard

Fermentation Details:

Harvested in 2024. Apples were harvested and pressed as a blend. Fermented in stainless steel. Aged for 6 months in American Oak Bourbon Barrels. Unfiltered. Bottle conditioned. Vegan safe, no animal products used. No additives but minimal effective sulphites.
