Tasting Notes:

Aromatic and rich, this cider is brimming with apples from our home orchard and our friends. This diverse blend of modern, heirloom and bittersweet apples brings dried fruit, leather, golden honey, and nectarine. Beautifully balanced and approachable. Something to sip year round.

Apples:

Muscadet de Dieppe, Porter's Perfection, Gold Rush, Spartan, Crimson Crisp, mixed heirloom and bittersweet apples

Orchards:

Woodfolk Orchard, Flynndabeau, Windy Ridge Farms, and Appletop Farm

750mL, 6.7% ABV

Fermentation Details:

Harvested in 2024. Apples were harvested and pressed a blend. Fermented in stainless steel. Unfiltered. Bottle conditioned. Vegan safe, no animal products used. No additives but minimal effective sulphites.
