Meadowland Cider - Batch #2

Tasting Notes:

A light and floral cider, like walking through a wildflower meadow. Bubbly and bright, with balanced acidity and a touch of minerality. Paris well with good food and good company. Beautiful tiny bubbles.

Apples:

Northern Spy, Ida Red, Empire, Macoun, Cortland, Cox's Orange Pippin

Orchard:

Flynndabeau and Windy Ridge Farms, Oro Medonte

750ml, 6.5% ABV

Fermentation Details:

Apples were harvested and pressed separately. Blended in tank as juice prior to fermentation. Fermented in stainless steel tanks and then aged prior to bottling.

Traditional method carbonation. This cider was bottle conditioned, riddled, and disgorged. Then topped with more cider. 

Vegan safe, no animal products used. No additives but minimal effective sulphites.
