Tasting Notes:

Fresh grapefruit peel, gooseberry and clover blossom emanate from this cider. Bright, sparkling and light. Joyful, and perfect for celebrating.

Apples:

70% Crimson Crisp, 30% Mixed bittersweets and bittersharps 

Orchards:

Woodfolk Orchards, and Apple Springs Orchards

Fermentation Details:

Harvested in 2024. Apples were pressed and fermented separately. Fermented in stainless steel and ibcs. Blended and filtered. Bottle conditioned. Vegan safe, no animal products used. No additives but minimal effective sulphites.
