Tasting Notes:

A rich cider with beautiful depth and flavour. Notes of cinnamon, baked apples, and wintergreen. Lovely and balanced. Alastair's favourite cider we've ever made. Mostly Porter's Perfection and Muscadet de Dieppe. This cider is gorgeous now and will age beautifully.

Muscadet de Dieppe, Porter's Perfection, Brown's Apple, Bulmer's Norman

Fermentation Details:

Harvested in 2024. Apples were harvested and pressed as a blend. Fermented in stainless steel. Unfiltered. Bottle conditioned. Vegan safe, no animal products used. No additives but minimal effective sulphites.
