Fermentation Details:

Harvested in 2024. Apples were harvested and pressed as single varietals. Fermented in stainless steel separately before blending. Aged for 6 months in French Oak Barrels. Unfiltered. Bottle conditioned. Vegan safe, no animal products used. No additives but minimal effective sulphites.
