Small Batch Series #2 Northern Spy Cider

Tasting Notes:

Light and fresh ripe fruit. Notes of green apple and apple skins. These Northern Spy grow on big old trees and were picked at peak ripeness. There is a soft acidity and minerality.

Fermentation Details:

Harvested in 2024. Apples were harvested and pressed as a single varietal. Filtered. Bottle conditioned. Vegan safe, no animal products used. No additives but minimal effective sulphites.
