Gorgeously ripe Golden Russet apples fermented into a full bodied cider and finished on foraged spruce tips from Woodfolk farm.

Fermentation Details:

Harvested in 2024. Apples were harvested and pressed as a single varietal. We hand harvested spruce ups from our farm. Then rested the cider on them for about a week. Unfiltered. Bottle conditioned. Vegan safe, no animal products used. No additives but minimal effective sulphites.
