Windy Ridge Cider

Tasting Notes:

This single orchard, single varietal cider was fermented in its skins. Adding a wonderful complexity to this classic heirloom variety. Tasting of bright red fruit, apple skin and honeydew melon. Made with apples picked from a bumper crop at Windy Ridge Orchard, our friends just up the road. Cheers to good friendship and good fruit!

Fermentation Details:

Harvested in 2023. Apples were harvested and pressed as a single varietal Ida Red. Fermented on it's skins in stainless steel. Unfiltered. Bottle conditioned. Vegan safe, no animal products used. No additives but minimal effective sulphites.
