Star Dust Cider 2025

Part of our new Co-ferment Series which will focus on blurring the lines of what is cider.

Fruit:

Crimson Crisp apples, Golden Russet apples and  Gewürztraminer grape skins

Orchards:

Apple Springs, Maxwell orchards, Volta Vineyard

Specifications:

Dry 

750mL, 6.6% ABV

Fermentation Details:

Harvested in 2025. Apples were harvested and pressed as a single varietal, then fermented on grape skins. Fermented in stainless steel. Unfiltered. Bottle conditioned. Vegan safe, no animal products used. No additives but minimal effective sulphites.
