- History of cider in Ontario
- Cider production/equipment/packaging
- Sustainability in the cidery
- Ingredients & their importance
- Difference between Modern and Traditional Ciders

Guided Tasting
- Tasting Flight (3 x 4 oz samples) chosen by Woodfolk
- Discuss each cider in detail (flavours, aromas, techniques for production)

Duration: 30-45min

Min/Max # Participants: 10 - 30 (bigger groups reach out directly)
Cost: $25.00 + hst per person
