Wilderland Cider - Harvest 2024

Tasting Notes:

Featuring predominantly Dabinett this cider has flavours of flint, baked apple, vanilla and dried hay. This robust cider is earthy and rich with balanced acidity and smooth tannins. A true cider lovers cider.

Fermentation Details:

Harvested in 2024. Apples were harvested, pressed and fermented separately. Unfiltered. Bottle conditioned. Vegan safe, no animal products used. No additives but minimal effective sulphites.
