guided tasting on our patio.

Orchard Tour
- Hear our story and mission
- Learn the differences between our 56 varieties of apples
- How to grow apples 
- How we grow using organic methods and regeneratively

Cidery Tour
- History of cider in Ontario
- Cider production/equipment/packaging
- Sustainability in the cidery
- Ingredients & their importance
- Difference between Modern and Traditional Ciders

Guided Tasting
- Tasting Flight (3 x 4 oz samples) chosen by Woodfolk
- Discuss each cider in detail (flavours, aromas, techniques for production)

Duration: 1 hr

Min/Max # Participants: 5 - 30
Cost: $40.00 + hst per person
Suggestion: Appropriate clothing/footwear to walk about a active farm, note the orchard tour is unfortunately not suitable for those with mobility issues
