Windy Ridge Cider 2024

Tasting Notes:

This single orchard, single varietal cider was fermented in its skins. Adding a wonderful complexity to this classic heirloom variety. A crisp cider, tasting of citrus and honeydew melon.  Made with apples picked from up the road at Windy Ridge Orchard, our friends just up the road. Cheers to old friends and good fruit!

Fermentation Details:

Harvested in 2023. Apples were harvested and pressed as a single varietal Ida Red. Fermented on it's skins in stainless steel. Unfiltered. Bottle conditioned. Vegan safe, no animal products used. No additives but minimal effective sulphites.
