Little Twig Cider - Harvest 2025

Tasting Notes:

A little bit old school, a little bit new school. The apples in this cider range from aromatic and floral to leather and smoke. Bursting with flavour but just the right amount. One of our all-time favourites, and this vintage doesn’t disappoint.

Yarlington Mill, Muscadet, Frequin Rouge, Tremlett's Bitter, Northern Spy, Crimson Crisp, Goldrush, Winesap, Bramley, Baldwin, Empire, Spartan, Golden Russet, Liberty, Macoun, Cortland, Redfield

Orchards:

Woodfolk Orchards, Flynndabeau, Windy Ridge Farms, Apple Springs Orchards, Wrightland Farm, Maxwell Acres, and Simcoe Research Station

750mL, 7.3% ABV

Fermentation Details:

Harvested in 2025. Apples were harvested and pressed as a blend. Fermented in stainless steel. Unfiltered. Bottle conditioned. Vegan safe, no animal products used. No additives but minimal effective sulphites.
