Copper Moon Cider

Tasting Notes:

Liquid gold, this full bodied cider is lush with notes of black tea and clementine. Tannic and a touch tropical. Aged in French Oak. A mouthful of delight. Sip by a bonfire and watch the moon rise.

Orchards:

Wrightland Farm, Appletop, Kyle Ardiel

Fermentation Details:

Harvested in 2024. Apples were harvested and pressed as a blend. Fermented in stainless steel. Aged for 6 months in French Oak Barrels. Unfiltered. Bottle conditioned. Vegan safe, no animal products used. No additives but minimal effective sulphites.
